Requesting Our Free and Professional Setup Services
We offer two setup services to help you get started with Fancy Product Designer. The free setup covers the basics to get the app running in your store. The professional setup is a paid service that configures one custom product based on your specific requirements. You can request either service directly from the app's landing page.

Free Setup Service
The free setup gets the app working in your store using an existing customization from our Customization Library. It is the fastest way to see the setup in your store.
Before you request:
- Choose the Shopify theme your store will use. We adjust the integration for your specific theme, so this step must be completed first.
How to request:
- Open the Fancy Product Designer app in your Shopify admin.
- Find the setup request options on the app's landing page.
- Select the free setup option and submit your request.
We will take it from there. Since we are a small team, our response might not be instantanious.
Professional Setup Service
The professional setup is a paid service. We configure one example product from scratch based on your requirements.
Before you request, prepare the following:
- Choose your Shopify theme
- The type of product you want configured
- The product image(s) you want us to use
- The physical dimensions of the customizable area on the product
- A sketch or brief description of how the customization should look and how your customers should be interacting with it
How to request:
- Open the app and go to the landing page.
- Select the professional setup option and submit your request.
- Share the details listed above in the chat after submitting.
The more clearly you describe your requirements, the faster we can get started.
Granting Collaborator Access
For both services, we need temporary access to your store. After you submit your request, we will send a Collaborator Request to your store owner's email address.
To accept via email:
- Open the email from Shopify in your store owner's inbox.
- Click the link inside the email. It will take you to your Shopify settings where you can approve our request (Ganymede-Apps UG).
- Let us know in the chat once you have accepted.
If the email does not arrive:
- Go to Settings > Users and Permissions in your Shopify admin.
- Scroll to the "Collaborators" section.
- Find the pending request from us (Ganymede-App UG), select it, and click "Approve."
Once we have access, we will begin the setup and follow up in chat when it is done.
