🛍️ Deep Shopify Integration: Allow Your Customers to Rebuy Custom Products

Shopify’s built-in customer accounts are becoming increasingly popular, allowing merchants to automate and offer powerful self-service experiences — including repeat purchasing.

This feature is particularly valuable for customized products, where customers can save time by reordering without recreating their design from scratch.

However, Shopify’s default “Rebuy” function doesn’t support line item properties, which means it won’t work properly with most product customization apps — including Fancy Product Designer.

That’s why we’ve built our own Custom Rebuy feature that fully supports customized products.

⚙️ How to Set It Up

1. Enable Shopify Customer Accounts

Make sure the new customer accounts are enabled

2. Navigate to the Order Status View

Open the Online Store Sales Cancel and click on Customize on your theme.
Select Checkout and customer accounts from the dropdown in the center.
