Sync Text Elements with Text Link Groups

In some cases, you may want multiple text elements to stay synchronized. This means when a customer edits one text element, all linked elements update automatically.

How it works:

The Text Link Group option allows you to connect text elements together.

Assign the same group value to every text elements you want to sync.
As long as the elments are within the same customization, they will change together. They don't need to be in the same view.

Navigate to **Customizations **in the app backend
Click Show Views.
Click **Open in Product Builder **

Select **Element **you wish to edit
Navigate to Text Menu
Assign Identical Value to all text layers that require synchronization.
Don't forget to **save **the change in each view

Text Link Group Properties

In addition to syncing content, you can also synchronize certain text properties

To enable this:

Navigate to **Settings > Advanced **
Select Adcvanced
Find Text Link Group Properties
Select the Properties you want to synch (e.g., font family, font size).
Save Changes!

Using Text Link Groups is especially useful for designs with repeating information (e.g., name on front and back of a t-shirt); customers only need to enter their text once.
