Getting Support: Business Hours, Response Times, and Booking a Call
Our support team is available via the in-app chat. For more complex questions or a guided walkthrough, you can also book a live call with us.
Support Hours
We are available on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM CET/CEST (Central European Time, adjusted for daylight saving).
We are not available on weekends or German public holidays. We are a small team, so we are unable to offer 24/7 support.
Response Times
We typically respond within a few hours on business days.
If you are based in North America or Asia, please keep the time difference in mind. Feel free to leave your message at any time — we will get back to you as soon as we are online.
Outside of Buisness Hours
We have an AI-Chat Bot called Evo - it's still learning and sometimes doesn't know everything yet, but it's pretty good. Feel free to try it and questions, if it doesn't help you the way you need it, just ask Evo to refer you to a Human
