FAQ - Orders Per Month

Our plans are main limited by the orders per month.

What does "orders per month" mean in Fancy Product Designer?

The "orders per month" refers to the number of orders that include customizations made using the Fancy Product Designer app. Each order with customized products counts toward this limit.

What happens if I exceed the orders per month limit?

If you exceed the monthly limit of customized orders (e.g., 40 orders in the basic plan), the export feature for orders will be temporarily blocked. However, customers can still place orders with customizations, and your store will continue to function normally.

What can I do if I hit the order limit?

If you reach the order limit, you have two options:

  1. Wait until the next month: The limit resets at the start of the new month, and you can resume exporting orders.
  2. Upgrade your subscription: You can upgrade your plan to increase the order limit and unlock the export feature immediately. You can downgrade again later if needed, such as after a busy period like Christmas or a marketing campaign.

Can I upgrade my plan temporarily for a busy period?

Yes, you can upgrade your subscription for a single month to accommodate high-demand periods, such as holidays or marketing campaigns, and then downgrade afterward.

How can I learn more or get help with setup?

For further assistance, you can:

  • Review documentation: Check the app's documentation for details on orders and other features.
  • Schedule an onboarding call: Book a call in our to discuss setup, product customization, or other questions.

For beginner questions or quick clarifications, you can also reach out via chat support within the app.
