# Customer Accounts - Buy Again

# 🛍️ Deep Shopify Integration: Allow Your Customers to Rebuy Custom Products

Shopify’s **built-in customer accounts** are becoming increasingly popular, allowing merchants to automate and offer powerful self-service experiences — including **repeat purchasing**.  

This feature is particularly valuable for **customized products**, where customers can save time by reordering without recreating their design from scratch.

However, Shopify’s default “Rebuy” function doesn’t support **line item properties**, which means it won’t work properly with most product customization apps — including Fancy Product Designer.

That’s why we’ve built our own **Custom Rebuy** feature that **fully supports customized products**.

## 🖼️ How It Looks

1. **Sign in to your customer account**

2. **Open a past order** and click **Rebuy**

3. The customized products are **added to the cart**

## ⚙️ How to Set It Up

### 1. Enable Shopify Customer Accounts
* Here you find everything you need to know about the Shopify Customer Accounts and how to set them up, if you haven't.
* [Shopify Help Center](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/customers/customer-accounts/new-customer-accounts)
* Make sure the **new customer accounts** are enabled  

### 2. Navigate to the Order Status View
* Open the **Online Store Sales Channel** and click on **Customize** on your theme.
* Select **Checkout and customer accounts** from the dropdown in the center.

### 3. Add the Rebuy Button
* Select **Apps** on the left menu

* And add the Fancy Product Designer **Customer Account Rebuy Button**

* Deactivate the Shopify Rebuy Button and Save your changes

### 4. Test It
* Sign in as a customer  
* Go to a previous order and click **Rebuy**  
* Confirm the customized items are added to the cart
