Color Settings

Our app allows you to manage your color options for the frontend store. This makes it easier to display user-friendly color names instead of technical HEX codes, improving the shopping experience for your customers.

Color Names in the Frontend

Add Color Names

To set names for the colors you want to offer in your store, Navigate to Resources > Colors.

In the Color Names segment of the page, you connect a name to a specific color hex code. With this, our app will always show this name instead of the color hex code, as long as the hex code is identical.

Color Names

You can either enter the pairs one at a time, or add multiple pairs at the same time.

To add a new color name:

  1. Enter the color hex code value (e.g., #ff0000 for red).
  2. Assign a Name (e.g., "Bright Red").
  3. Click Add
  4. Save Changes

Alternatively, to add multiple names at the same time:

  1. Enter multiple color hex codes and names into the input field
  2. Alternate between hex code (without the #) and name separating everything with ,
  3. Click Add all
  4. Save Changes

Create Color Lists

In the Color Lists segment, you can create organized color palettes that users can select from.

  • Each Color List can contain multiple colors
  • Lists can be given custom names for easier identification
  • Created lists can be assigned to elements in the Product Builder, selected in Customization Profiles, and used for Design Categories or singel Designs

Create Color Lists

To add a new list:

  1. Scroll to the bottom
  2. Enter a name for your list in the input field
  3. Click Add Color List
  4. Build the list by adding color hex codes for the colors you want to include in the list
  5. Save your changes.

With color lists you can easily offer certain combinations of colors in multiple places in the app.
